Personaly i dident tryed yoga but i heard is good for your body it relaxes all your muscles but you have to meditate manny hours untill you can see somme improvements.
of course yoga is good for our health we can healthy for long time just doing yoga.
mostly peoples are lazy or don't have to time or yoga so they didn't do this
Well i don't know if yoga is healthy because i am not a doctor but i heard i think they say that is healthy. So maybe some time when i have the time you guys could try to see if is really healthy.
i think yoga is really good for health. lots of people are doing it and they have good result. what i wanna know is if its alright if you just choose only the positions that you like
