Imagine the victims who this gets used against, would rather make this information public so they at least are aware of how they are getting owned.

Not really a 'method' but getting information gathered on somebody is called doxing yes.

That is 110% impossible, there are 'dox removing services' but they are all a scam as you can see from this article I just provided 2 ways to obtain a dox without your information being "public"
