iTunes Radio Stations?

Never realized iTunes had a radio station until just now. .-. Or at least, never bothered to check it out.
Does anybody else use them? And if so, have any good suggestions for some stations? Any genre really.

Looking for stuff to listen to.

I'm waiting for my iPod Touch 5th Gen 32GB to come in!
