@ jacked/stolen from me. Help?

I gave my friend Tyler an @ and he told me that someone jacked it from him. He's had it for a quite a while, and he still needs to give me back the @ since I just let him "borrow" it. Is there any way to pull back an @? This is for IG. Thanks!!
