Japanese anime VS US animation

as you see Japanese anime is the best animation in the world hollywood can't fight against Japanese anime in quantity but Do you like anime or Pixar animations.

No offense to Pixar Fans. I say that Japanese Anime is way too creative enough with their stories and their characters is kinda different from the people of that nation itself. While American Animation is kinda good sometimes, that has a slapstick comedy or Superhero Themed. But the deepened stories or A.K.A. Dramas, It is a meh.

Note: What I like upon Japanese Animation also is the slight pervertism among female characters. LOL

Japanese anime is a little better. It's alot more original, where as in US animation, all the things look the same. And they are always so creative with what they do, and the "monsters" that they come up to, it's fantastic.

I think Japanese anime is the good storyboard and story can go very fast.American animation is boring but some story are good too as I think.

I like American. The Japanese animation is just... I don't like it. The Japanese anime girls are just... just... eh. The Japanese anime guys are strange looking.

What can I say? I love Japanese Anime because they are not boring! I love the graphics, I love the story and the characters! Nobody could beat the kind of animation and creativity of Japanese!

I am not a fan of Japanese animation and I still believe that US animation is still way ahead of it. The difference in quality is still far with US dominating it. There are good Japanese Animation but only can be compare to US. The US started it all, they are now not after quantity but quality which is good for the consumers and fans all over the world.

im a pixar fan and japanese anime fan..

its very hard to compare them, but frankly speaking there are big differences between the two..

what i like about japanese anime, is the lessons that we could learn, it implies deeply into the hearts of those who will watch it..

yups your right, US animes has more quality than those of the japanese, but when it talks about Hent@@...

i love japanese mad.. haha.. its not so gruesome as the US ones..

When we are talking about good themes and good story and good way of representing it and in a mature sense, definitely Japanese Anime.

Have you heard of the Gibli Films. Top notch Japanese anime movies.

And who doesn't know One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, One Outs and many more great anime.

In Japanese anime its more like you are entitled to think.


In US Animation its really for kids, where in not that much of thinking is needed when watching them.

But the thing that I like in US animation is there whacky cartoons especially the one's in nickelodeon and some Disney cartoons.

Like Spongebob, Fairy odd Parents, Phineas and Ferb.

japanese anime is the best when it comes to action and robo wars. Nothing can compete with the story and the action plots. The designs are really great for every character and it can really leave u a trace mark with each anime they created.:Wink:

It is hard to compare because both of them are good. Japanese anime is goOD,it has better story line and it gives moral lessons. US anime is good.it has better quality,and better graphic design.so i think i would choose both.

I like Japanese, know why all japanese anime had a great story, also their character are all unique even the cheap anime can give fun to children. Their are so many adults also watching the Japanese anime that are good stories and meaningful.

i think anime is better than US animation. anime has more action and suspense while US animation like pixar is more family friendly and has more impact to the younger generation.

the two have different target audience. some anime targets more mature viewers and readers while Pixar targets the young and the family for teaching good values.
