Most companies have a Us department for public relations at the very least, especially if big. But not all, that is why I am asking for help hoping someone can find me something as I need to talk to someone from that company.

I think your best bet would be to email them at 80010864@qq.com; and if they have an English speaking consultant, they'd likely get back to you.
