Just a question about Multi-Accounting

So I was just wondering, I was looking at the bans list and @Chill received a temporary ban (be it till 2015 http://prntscr.com/422ize) for being caught twice with multiple accounts, where as @Smile (http://prntscr.com/422j5y) was given a permanent ban for presumably having 1 other account besides @Smile . Now I was wondering, what is the reason that @Smile was given a permanent ban versus @Chill receiving a temporary ban despite them both committing the same "crime", where @Chill gets a lesser punishment for something that I would say would be worse (doing it twice vs presumably doing it only once?)

I would like to say that I am not trying to criticize the moderators, nor am I asking for more punishment towards @Chill or trying to get him into any more trouble.

Any answer would be appreciated. Thankyou!

perhaps @smile was a scammer that was previously banned for scamming, then made smile, as a way to avoid the ban.

that would get a more severe punishment.

just my guess.

Smile was given the wrong ban reason. He should have been banned under the reason "Ban Evader". The concept of multi-accounting is commonly misconstrued for the concept of ban evading.
that's what my guess was, usually you staff put 'if you need to recover your account, go here >link<' or something like that.

I agree. Chill's punishment does not seem harsh enough. Multi accounting should not be taken lightly. But, it really depends on the staff member who banned him.
