Yes, this is a rant about mods. No, of course it's not.

1. Do you really care if they post a little under the character limit? Their usergroup would be limited to the same as yours if The Elite didn't want them to have the ability to post short-and-sweet responses.
2. Post high quality, but don't do it just so that you have a shot at being a moderator. If we see you have the skills you are looked into.
3. Ranting about mods. It's lots of work. Moderators need to have a little fun too sometimes.
4. Don't get butthurt when you're warned. If you're warned it's almost always deserved whether you think it is or not.
5. Moderators aren't chosen because of who they are friends with. The current moderators have the skill to moderate.
6. Quit bitching and get over it.

I'll open this up to a few replies, but if people start acting childish it will be closed.

Warnings will be handed out if you can't act civilized in this thread.

#1 We get warned for posting a post like this "Runescape ." <--- There is spaces between the runescape and the dot to Break the 20 character limit
#2 I find it funny when people try to say what is or isn't HQ If a person can Act proper without holding their breath Then its fine
#3 There is a modcp With you view the post reported and Click Allow remove or Ignore Its not that hard and I think sometimes they don't look at the post
#4 Yes if a person gets warned then yea They did something do deserve it Unless the staff member gets mad at the user and the user pushes him to far Then they would warn
#5 Moderators should be chosen by Yea They should be able to moderate the forum or their section and Also Have a stable mind so Stuff isn't -Don't know the word- Its like I remove all your posts because I don't like you but I won't remove his posts -There is a word for that but I cant think of it-
#6Some people might be bitching but Most people arn't They are just bringing it to attention And saying Hey we don't like the way things are going and We want a change
Changes wouldn't happen if people didn't stand up for what they think is right

I Understand the staff are picked for there qualities and about 3 months ago they were all Great! but people change (like carbon as we all saw) and Now All Day Win (im not calling you a scammer or anything)

Basically i am saying All Day Win Has changed ALOT.. he used to be a really nice guy, Liked to help others and "moderate". Now he is just Posting Shit about #WINNING or #LOSING which everybody on this forum Finds Annoying and old. All Day Win went from High quality and a favourite member of mine to Shit, and a unliked member of the forum.

@[All Day Winning] What happend to you :/? you used to be really cool.. i remember when you got staff and it was when you helped me with that Stupid Scam report.. you helped me look threw my whole computer, rs account and all my stuff just to proove my inocense.. you acted with such maturity and we became friends shortly later.. i got threw the scam report with your help and you got staff right after that.. Then you started turning really Douchey and you started sucking on Carbons dick.. Seriously what happened :/ i dont want you gone i just want you back.

Apart from that, I entirely agree with you, Although ADW has changed, Everybody else is the same and i have no problem with that..

If you do nothing to anger/annoy them, They have no reason to anger/annoy you.

1. Yeah, because you evaded the character limit. I was saying that moderators wouldn't be able to do that if TE didn't want them to be able to.
2. I agree, as long as you don't post like you are mentally handicapped I don't care.

Everyone just needs to calm down. This is a MyBB forum. The little green/red number next to your name is insignificant and to an extent, so is your warning level. Stick to the rules and you shouldn't have more than one or two slip ups leading to a warning. Personally I think the moderators and management do an excellent job, but people just overreact way too much to simple, insignificant things. Everyone is just so uptight.

Just my two cents...:wink2:

I think all mods right now, have their moment's when they are good mods, but lately it's been a huge let down.

Except from the obvious Dyker, and Elite.

I would say mike, but he's been on vaca.

I like all mods except ADW. Was good when he was first starting out as a mod. Then slipped down a hill, really fast. I'm all for having fun and I know it can be stressing with all the shit thats going on. But if you're mod, remember, people in this forum will look up to you. If they see you acting out, they will think it's okay. Everyone needs to constrain themselves at times and some do a better job than others at doing that.
