This probably isn't on topic as it's supposed to be feedback for all the staff, but I just felt like saying that the reason why most users say something about the entire staff, when really only speaking about one is because you guys are supposed to work as a team. If one person out of the entire staff team gets a user mad, the user usually sees as the entire team because some people learn from another, and you guys are a team.

So with that said, I suppose I can leave feedback. To be honest, I don't know much staff members so bare with me here. Right now, I'll probably have to write this feedback based on what I've seen and heard of about you guys, so I'm sorry as it's not .. "true" feedback.

1. Chewboxxy - I think I've heard only one complaint on you this entire time I was online and started being active. The only thing that concerns me could be your activity, but our timezones are probably different.

2. All Day Win - You're everywhere. I see you as a hyper, kind of person. Fun to be around and such. Don't really have some complaints but I've heard other people say you use favoritism, not counting the post in this thread.

3. Mike - I don't really know you as I don't know much staff, but you seem to be doing your job nicely. Although I'd love to see a few more updates and such going around to keep us informed.

4. Vanquish|Oxide|Dyker - I don't really know you. I've seen you guys around a few times, not really much post activity going on, but nothing really to complain about. The only word of advice I have to give you is KIU.

Who wants my opinion? Nobody.. Chewwy.. Oh...But here it is anyway..

Mike - Nice guy, I tolerant, push him too far and that's your problem.
Dykerosoft - Not talked much, Seems good, He did good as management.
ADW - When Carbon came back he went ape shit on people, Now it's all calmed, People Mildly let Carbon back in and he's also a nice guy to chat/Play RS with.
Oxide - Nice guy, Talked to him a little, Nice, fair, and doesn't show Favoritism.
Vanquish - Nice guy, Talked to him once as far as i'm aware, And that was only in my thread.. He seems fly.
The Elite - Never talked to him, HE seems nice and mature for his age, Not much favoritism, strict etc.
Chewwy - Never really talked to him, He's mainly ignored me when i PM'ed him, But when i see him acting staff, He's good.


Everybody needs to chill, If 65%+ of the forum turn round and say staff are corrupt, Then you don't need new staf.. You need to know WHY they think staff are corrupt and resolve the issue.

Yeah there are no problems with you Mike, it's ADW that has the most complaints.

I know this would be a lot of work, But TE PM's everybody, Asking for reasons.. He takes them into account, Gets staff's PoV, Comes to a reasonable decision, Goes from there.

True.. He'd need somebody else who doesn't take sides aswell though.. So Mike/Oxide/Another decent member.
