Easy game, theirs two words to start off with. lets say "car service". the 2nd person has to drop 1 word from "car service" and add a new word.

Example:
Post 1 : Car Service
Post 2 : Car Rental <<< Dropped Service and added Rental.
Post 3 : Car Engine << Dropped Rental and added Engine
Post 4 : Engine Breakdown << Dropped Car and added Breakdown.

see how it goes??? drop any ONE word from the two words and add a new one.
