Know of any Movies based on Video Games?

Im talking real life movies, not youtube videos, I want them to be based on video games, like shooting games, the costumes and characters dont need to be the same, but the concept (end of world) must be the same, not video game: end of world, and movie: save the ponies before extinction. Know wut I meeann?

I've searched google, but really haven't come up with anything, So if you could do some minor researching, and post back here if you find anything, I want to watch a movie really bad..

Resident Evil. Don't know about any other movie that is based on a video game.

Yes there are 5 games of Resident Evil, the sixth one is coming soon, or I think that it is already out.
And about other movies based on videogames, I'd say Tomb Raider, House of the Dead, Silent Hill, Postal, Prince of Persia, and Pokemon

no "Half Life" ? or stuff? damnn.
