Oh I thought you meant actually buying the whole award. Not just buying the grantation of the award.
Yes grantation is a word in my dictionary
 
Just send the required amount to Philly and tell him what you need in the description.

To be granted the Koin Whore award you need to send 25 Koins to Philly.
