Is there a quick/easy way to get koins without boost posting? Just wondering as I'd like to change my username
 
The lottery is disabled. The only thing you can do to earn Koins is refer people to the site, post threads and post replies.

purchase an Onyx membership for 18$ I think it costs. You can change your name unlimited amount of times and you have additional permissions like adding reputations and access to some sub forums.
