Koins Per Referal

I believe we should be given Koins for referring members to the site. It is a lot of work as is, and getting nothing out of it is not really a way to motivate us. Yes, you can get the award, but 30 referrals is a lot. I think we should get at LEAST .10 Koins per member we get on here, if not more. I understand you are trying to make the market better, but this will not hurt anything I do not think.
