No, i know how to do this without a delay!!!!! Just leave your ign if you want to spec restore.

by the time someone give you spec, they can eat like twice, or once atleast.

lol you just give as soon as soon as he tb's and then other gives on first spec, another gives on 3rd spec, etc.., theres easy way around the 2 second delay rofl...

thats how it worked before hand, jagex aren't retards, they fixed it so its 2 seconds after they spec, try it

if your receiving spec transfer then yes, otherwise claws are normal
