KREAM & Koin Whore awards?

Ok, here's the deal. I bought the KREAM & Koim whore awards last night, but they only show up under "Items" instead of my awards column on my profile.

How do I fix this or is it something @Philly / @Plague have to deal with?

Yes, I did read the Help Docs but couldn't find anything on the aforementioned subject.

Unless I am mistaken, I am pretty sure they need to be manually added.
I think when I bought the first one it told me to take a printscreen and PM @Philly

They should just go to your Profile after a little while, that's how one of my items (Onyx) got properly added to my account instead of being left in that state.
If not just do what @Hobbs said to do.
