Layouts is a Unique Skin Featuring the ability to Specify width in pixel value and Position for A Variety of IPB3.2 Sidebars Via System Settings.
It Also Allows code additions to both the top and bottom of many of these sans template diving, and the option for a global Sidebar with specified width, position and contents.
Additionally, This Skin is Both 100% VSE compatible, AND able to be over-riden with another skins CSS.
