*Legal* Get Steam Games For *Free*

Hey guys some may already have come across this but I thought I'd just post this since there was no thread.

In a brilliantly concocted promotion, Valve announced that owners of ATI Radeon graphics cards and Nvidia graphics cards can score a handful of free games via Steam.

ATI Users​

can get these games free :
Half-Life 2: Lost Coast and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch are among the freebies, and the promotion includes discounts on other games as well. In addition, Steam will be included in all ATI Catalyst Software and Driver packages through early 2008. Anyone who buys the new ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT will also receive Team Fortress 2, Portal, and Half-Life 2: Episode Two, which is almost more gaming goodness than the human mind can comprehend.

Nvidia Users​

can get get :
Portal: First Slice, 11-level demo
Half-Life 2 Lost Coast
Half-Life 2 Death Match and
Peggle Extreme

steam will scan your computer for "Nvidia / ATI" hardware to be able to get the games free.

I'm sorry, but this is stated when you first get steam endorsed BY valve, when you go into "games" it's already preloaded for download. Good to see you contributing though.
