LEGIT SUGGESTION!

Ok so i have noticed a lot of reputation abuse going on.
Not always gang rep, but when rep is removed by staff, it is instantly put back on by users.
MY SUGGESTION:
My suggestion is that if someone does this repeatedly that they should have there ability to give rep revoked for a few days, if it continues revoke ability for a week, and if it happens again permanently remove the users ability.

Well lots of neg rep is removed for no reason. For example, Spongebob gets all his neg rep removed even though it's valid.
