Alright, this is quite simple, really. I'd like to see some leniency back into our posting. Semi-lately, I'm sure everyone has noticed there's a list of 900 words you're forbidden to post, many of which are common amongst our e-language. For example: f****t, c**t, even ni**a for fuck sake.
Now, maybe I'm a complete idiot, and missing the point, but this shit is entirely unnecessary. I'll be sure to tear apart the stupid shit you'll call arguments below, but first I'd like to continue. Even alterations, completely out of habit, will leave you sitting on a nice 20% warning level, as I've recently found with my first warning in 2 YEARS today. This is a bit ridiculous.

F.S.A. (Frequent Shitty Arguments):

-But Colorrrr these words are sooo offensive, why is that stupid?
- Answer: These words, or even assortments of letters in some cases, are not offensive, don't be stupid.

- Yes they are! Someone called me a f****t yesterday when we were arguing. I proceeded to cry myself to sleep aver it.
- Answer: Well, that's called flaming, report it for that. Damn, that was hard, eh? These are used very seldom in a derogatory manner, not nearly enough to be necessary to warn those who use these in a playful manner in the spamming and teolling section.

-Bu...
- Answer: Well, there's not even an argument here. Ni**a is not offensive, save your breath. The most common use I saw this for was "Vouch for my ni**a right here. Legit as she gets."

Please, leave your opinions below. To the staff that love this rule, don't get hurt over it, it's a suggestion, and should be fairly treated as such.

Well, words such as f****t can be extremely offensive to homosexuals. You may go ahead and tell me that there aren't any on this forum, but you certainly don't know that.

I think it should stay the way it is. The words are disallowed so that all users feel safe and welcome, rather than having to be blasted with derogatory words.

Also, comparing this rule to fascism is ridiculous.

Actually the opposite, I'll guarantee you there are members who are legitimately gay. The term is not commonly used in a derogatory manner though, as stated. If it is, it's classified as flaming. This hinders any point of blocking the word. Flaming a homosexual doesn't need that word to be done, it's not stopping anything. I will, however, say that anyone who scoures the site looking for ever use of the word so they can complain about it, needs to go back and take a look at their life and when things went wrong.

I was trying to say that there surely are legitimate homosexuals on this forum, and that we just don't know it. Even if the word isn't being used in a derogatory manner, it could still be very offensive, no matter what you think.

Besides, this even isn't important. It should just stay the way that it is now. That's just my two cents.
