i usually take adi at night no problem got bumped to adderall 40mg xr first night on it I took it at 9pm and I haven't slept yet I popped 3 melatonin and 2 benadryls trying to sleep help anyone how the fuck do I fall asleep? Ko myself by jumping into ceiling fan is the step I'm going towards if I can't fall asleep suggestions welcome

Lol you idiot.
XR does't affect me at all but the only thing that might work is Nyquil. Melatonin doesn't do anything when you take addy, trust me hahaha.
