The only valid scam report on his was off site with no onsite proof, so by site rules he is not even supposed to be banned. If you do not unban him then that just shows staff only unbans people that they "like". It was stated by Philly himself, only scam reports that were confirmed onsite are valid.

It doesn't matter about turboing because if you banned people that turbo, half of FK would be gone. And you can call him a scammer but his ban was unjust.


I'm not saying that he never did scam or turbo, but he is not supposed to be banned.

Fuck no. Because on multiple occasions, i saw people posting reports on him saying he was scamming via kik and shit. He'll scam again.

He is a scammer, a low-life, and a turboer. There is no place for him here. He has made many pardon requests. Each of his pardon requests were denied, and he should never come back. If you don't like that, I'm sorry.

@California it was offsite, so he still shouldn't be banned.
@Leader look at all the people with DWC and 50% of the people here turbo, they are still here. So he should too, because he wasn't supposed to be banned in the first place.

He was supposed to be banned. My scam report on him was about the 3rd in the period of a week. His tags were for sale on a thread, and he was scamming through AIM and Kik. There was ample proof that he was scamming. One off-site scam may not matter, but 4 or 5 do matter. No one wants him on this site for a reason. Everyone hates him, and he doesn't deserve any respect from any of us.

On top of that, the staff has a job to keep the community clean. If they think that banning Plasma will help, that is their call. If you don't like it, make a private inquiry.



Philly took matters into his own hands and banned Plasma. After all, it is his site. He doesn't want Plasma here. If you don't like his decision, you can take that up with him.

Also, I'm almost 100% certain Plasma can find a way to view the site.

@Leader If just multiple reports got you banned many many people would be banned, go check out the disputes.

To everyone coming here to flame and shit, I am posting this for staff, not looking for everyone to complain and come up with reasons YOU don't want him back. Just wait on all the staff members to reply. Then you can flame.

I've personally never talked or dealt with him, but I only hear good things about him from his few friends, who all advise me not to deal with him because he is a scammer. If everyone knows he scammed a lot offsite, why would we let him back to continue scamming offsite. That's stupid, even though offsite scamming isn't a bannable offense, why would we just let someone like this back

The members of this community know to deal with caution when dealing with him. I've personally talked to him quite a bit, played Xbox with him and whatnot and he seemed like a really cool guy. I know he scams and turbos but majority of the community turbos. He'll probably never get a second chance here, but if he does, you'll all know not to deal with him.

If he comes back, his rights to post in the marketplace could be removed until he proves himself.

He is not saying that he isnt a douche bag scammer/turboer who deservers to be banned. Hes saying that he broke no rule on here so he shouldnt be banned. If he stays banned the rules should be changed so he is banned for a reason not just because hes not liked. Lots of people on are arent like and yet they are still here. Although i dont like him i agree he shouldnt be banned because he simply broke no rule.
