I'm looking for someone to help my buddy out and get him some money on GTA Online. He's willing to pay PayPal and has 5$, He needs,

•Level 125
•100 million

If he already transfered his stats to PS4 there's no possible way to do this and get the modded stats on GTA for PS4. He would have to make a new account
