1) You cannot charge back and it is worth more then paypal
2) You can buy it off exchangers or their site a lone with a credit card(I think site not sure)

You don't need a CC to register an LR account but it doesn't have buyer protection like PayPal
PayPal is better in my opinion but LR is good too
