[Death] said:Consider how big our galaxy is and the fact that we're in one small corner of it. Now consider how big the whole universe is, and the fact that there is an untold amount of galaxies out there. Do you think there is life out there? I personally think there is, just because of the sheer size of the unvierse. Also when you think about how big the universe is and how small our planet is, and so much blood has been spilt over such a small piece of land, it seems stupid. Instead of killing each other, we should be researching ways to travel the universe and then if need be, take over other planets. Which leads me to my other point, we have no other place to live when/if the planet becomes inhabitable, which is at this rate sooner then later, we have no other place to live, apart from Mars, but that is debatable, which is another reason we need to be travelling our galaxy at least. I think that if the WHOLE human race stopped fighting and stopped being all religious and crap and put all of our heads together we could find a way to travel space quicker then what we are travelling it right now. There should be like a 'World Comitee of Scientific Development'.

You said it was infinitely big but always growing it is not infinitely big but always growing.God said:It's impossible for there not to be life out there. The universe is infinitely big and always expanding faster than the speed of light. I agree that we should all stop fighting and find a way to colonize other planets, but that isn't going to happen in our generation.
Edit: Also, we haven't found any other planets that could prove useful to us. I'm sure as soon as we find one that's under 20 light years away, we'll try to make a space ship that could take us there.
If it's always growing, you cannot reach the end. Therefore, it's infinitely big. Think next time, buddy.Clockwork said:You said it was infinitely big but always growing it is not infinitely big but always growing.God said:It's impossible for there not to be life out there.
