Hey everyone,

I wanted to start a thread and talk about it.
I myself am scrawny so I started lifting.
I started lifting at 112 and now up to 120 this is using curls and chest/back workout. I've been going harffor about a week and feeling good.

The show on mtv "I use to be fat" has inspired me to be like the trainers on it.

I'll try to update this daily to weekly. I would love to have a personal trainer to coach me but that can't happen because of the tiny town I live in.

Curl- 20
Bench-80 never do bench ha.
Squat-150

Pics may come later if I progress majorely

I tried to start a workout schedule for myself several times, I always end up being to lazy to follow through in the end.

I am 18, I am a male, and I weigh 125 lbs, and I am just over 6 ft. tall!

I started working out when i was in year 9 and im still going in year 12, but ofc im like 5"9 and i weigh like 8 stonne 10 -.- light as hell
and i haven't used any protien products at all. But when i have a bit more money, i will be getting some so i can define, but atm im lifting about 40kg which is bench presses which is like 88pounds in america, and i do like 1000meters on the rowing machine and do as fast as i can, then cycle then chin ups and pull ups, then crunches, then sit ups and lastly running, you'd think i would be defined, but im not -.-

not fair, but im sticking to this routine as much as i can hahah

I'm 5'9, 190lbs and 16 years of age. I work out every other day for 2 hours at school with a couple friends and right now I am benching 255lbs. I never do curls or any other workout besides the circuit training machines we have. I have a squat of 330lbs and unlike all of my friends, I do not take creatine or protein shakes before I work out.

Here is how I got to be lifting this much.

First, put 3 - 10lb weights on each end of the bench press bar. Have your friends stand on either side of the bench. Do 15 repetitions of this weight without stopping. Then after your 15th rep, hold the bar up with your arms extended for 10 seconds. Then have someone take 1 of the 10lb weights off each end. You should now have 2 on each side. Continue the process until you have gotten the bar down to no weight on it. After you complete your 15 reps and 10 seconds of holding, have your friends put a 25lb weight on each end. Try to do 10 repetitions of this. If you do, congratulations. Do this every other day while working out and you will find a significant improvement in your strength and benching abilities. This is what we call "The Bicep Burnout" routine.

I would absolutely love to train in mixed martial arts. My dream is to be a BAMF (Bad Ass Mother Fucker)... Haha I would love to be big. Not meat head big but that when you saw me you know I could kick your ass.

How is training in that stuff? Is it fun?
