if someone helps me get my paypal so it isnt limited anymore ill give you $10 since $35 is locked. Only trusting a few people.

Depends on why they imposed the limit; if they feel like you are a risk then they will make you wait the full 180 days, like me

My first ever paypal got limited for "suspicious transactions" and "possible fraud" I just called them up and with a little sweet talk had my funds withdrawn to my card in days

I have a paypal with 143$ dollars. I highly doubt someone would help you. But if they do could they help me :/. You could keep 40$

well it was a call that got me extended to 180 days, the guy i was speaking to doesn't like me too much
