I haven't seen any guides on this yet, so I figured I'd create one for you guys!
To start off, if you haven't already you want to download the Litecoin Wallet, you can download the wallet by going here, https://litecoin.org/
and then choose your OS.
The wallet should start syncing, this may take a while, so now you want to join a pool, I recommend GIVEMECOINS because it tells you your estimated earnings per round, and it's a very nice site over all. You don't have to join this pool, but I recommend it.

If you'd like to find a different pool, click this link, https://litecoin.info/Mining_pool_comparison and search for one you like..
Okay, once you've signed up you now want to get a miner, I recommend downloading minerd, you can download that from here;http://sourceforge.net/projects/cpuminer/files/ and then choose your OS.
After that has downloaded, extract it, and then open up the folder.Go to your desktop, right click, and create a new text file, Open up the txt file and enter
Get your Worker username and password from GIVEMECOINS and change it in the code, then File > Save As > and fill it out like this,
You want to save it to the folder that the minerd is in.
Now, Just double click the Start.bat file, and you should be mining!
