I heard about the new domain @outlook.com for windows live, and decided to make a few og's with it.
Eventually, I also heard all live emails will be updated to this but cannot be sure. It's basically an updated version of live and for now it's just an option, and I wouldn't say there rare.. but that a lot are taken already.
