I'm selling a locked PayPal with a decently high balance for BTC

It has $77.00 (USD) in it, and I will sell it for $20 Bitcoin.

PM me if you want to buy, only $20 btc and if you can unlock the account then that's a $57 profit.
 
If it has your real information on it, you can send them ID, and even though your're underage they will let you withdraw the money / transfer it to another account.

I think even if it doesn't have correct info there is a away you can provide information to get the funds.

Paypal support are actually really helpful, they helped me get my $400 back from a limited account even though I'm underage.

Then there is really not much point of any one purchasing this unless they're in the fake ID business.

No, not once an account has been locked, that's why it is so hard to unlock.
