Locked Snapchat?

Hi,

If this isn't the right section I do apologise.

I recently bought a SC account from @Chapter, however whenever I try to add, remove or block any contact the account gets locked.

I have then proceeded to unlock the account, which works fine, although the last previous action is reversed, e.g. if I add someone, it will un-add them.

I've unlocked the account numerous amounts of times now so I'm not sure what the issue is...

I did change the password and email when I bought it.

Any suggestions would be great!

Unfortunately this is a horrible experience that has been happening I quite a few people including myself. Make sure you're not using any third party applications for Snapchat, this includes Snapsave, Phantom, and Windows Phones.

My account got locked as well about three weeks ago, I just caused a big scene on Twitter and Instagram and had my follower base comment all over their social media profiles because I was permanently locked, however due to my loyal followers I got unlocked.

I now personally have connections with some members of the Snapchat Support team, and I am in contact with Evan Spiegel (Owner of Snapchat).

Basically in your case you should just try contacting Snapchat support either by emailing them or tweeting them @SnapchatSupport on Twitter.
