Locking Threads

How on Earth do you lock threads?!
I've been looking everywhere in the options and things for a Lock option but I just can't find anything! Is it even possible for a normal user to Lock them?

If you can explain where to Lock them I'd greatly appreciate it so I can Lock up a few of my threads.

You must be upgraded to Onyx in order to lock threads.

Ah right, I'll be better off with just removing some of the ones I don't want on here anymore then. Thanks for the help Beware!
