Installed my new Power supply + HDD Caviar Black 1TB. Ran ASSD Benchmarks got 3k write speed? Is that even possible? I have a Crucial m4 64GB SSD. Z68 chipset motherboard, this is probably because of Smart Hyper-response?

I don't even think 3k read speed is even possible through SB. Probs burst input. Like when you first start copying shit from a HDD and it starts really high.
