Well saying that USA has only fast food restaurants and too many obese people is ignorance.
Football ("soccer" for others) is not a very relevant sport in USA. And I don't know any football clubs ("soccer clubs" for others) than Galaxy and Redbull, and I don't know anything about them.
But the joke is that they just say that Mcdonalds and Burger King is like the classical match, like it would be in football ("soccer")
