[LOOK HERE] Anyone who got scammed by Aleyoso [LOOK HERE]

Yeh so I sent the fucking pussy $200 because I see some 'proof' that someone on here had recieved a console from him which was probably bullshit.

So I filed a claim and charged back and got my money back with-in 24 hours, even though I sent it as a gift.

So, I'm gonna share you with all how I was successful in doing so, because I don't believe in stealing from other, unless it's Microsoft or Apple because them bastards got enough money on their hands anyway haha.

So here goes:

Go on www.Paypal.com > Resolution Centre > Dispute a Transaction

Then choose option - I want to report a transaction that I didn't authorise

After that, you need to choose the transaction(s) you made to this scamming faggot and click continue.

Now you will be asked to choose some options on your account that the "hacker" may have changed whilst he was using you're PC.

So unless you've changed you're passwords or added anything listed, don't highlight any of them.

Then you will see, have you changed you're password since & security questions. Click no on both of those.

Now you will need to provide some information in the box below. Here's what you write:-

I've had an expert come round and look at my PC and he has found that someone has been accessing my PC using a RAT (Remote Admin Tool). Now I leave my PC on 24/7 and someone has accessed my PC whilst I've been out and made a few transactions on my PayPal account hoping that I wouldn't notice. Since then I've had all viruses removed. But I am extremely angry about the situation and would like my money refunded to me as soon as possible. Thanks

After you've done this, click continue and it will ask you to review what you've wrote. Now you click I agree I haven't mis-lead.... etc

And submit the claim, you'll then be directed to change your password and security questions.

Give it around 24 hours and PayPal will issue you a refund!

Thanks for this, just submitted my chargeback to PayPal. I was in $400 with that cocksucker, but I had trusted him since he had a high rep and everyone had vouched for him.

Depends if he sold you a console and didn't send you it. If he sold you something legitimately then I don't think you should. But I'm not telling you what you can and can't do

He told me it was because they were shipped from Canada which sounds like bs.

Yes I know him IRL, from what he showed me of his method the item does ship and customers receive it but after doing the method so many times on the same IP accounts start getting "Locked" meaning any items purchased from that account won't be shipped, I had @Narc contact Amazon about this and he can confirm that his account was locked and the representative that was on the line with @Narc said any items purchased with a "Locked" account will not be shipped, so if any of you haven't received your items you ordered from @Pig contact him ASAP and if he does not respond or you both can't figure a way to solve this problem open a scam report.

So what, whoever it is. We didn't get our stuff. So him or his 'holder' gets disputed simple. Plus if I was selling something, I'd get everything sent to my own PayPal if I was legit.

I don't understand why you're sticking up for him to be honest. Unless you're in on it with him? Which seems quite fishy.. Seeing as any thread that's made regarding the nerd. You get involved.

Because I've grown a bond with him. He's given me enough reason to draw the conclusion he's legit. Now, as for disputing... I actually know who his PP holder was, and now if you look at that users threads on another forum, he's bragging about having $2k, shortly after he ran. Now, even aleyoso himself told users to chargeback - as the money isn't even in his hands, and has no access to it. Charging back is actually helping out aleyoso, because he wants to fuck over the PP holder he used.

Now, as for what I've done is I've chargebacked the $600 - $800 I sent him (I don't even know anymore) and I'm in the midst of getting it all back. He told me I am receiving my proofs tomorrow of my 30+ orders I requested. Now, if you want to say I'm in on it, and sound like a silly little 12yr old, then do it. I can guarantee you I'm not though.

Did this 24 hours ago and sadly they did nothing. Hopefully they don't drag it out.
