Looking for a Username Style Generator/Plugin

Funnily enough, searching for a Username Style Plugin/Generator actually brought me to this website.

Anyways, Im looking for a plugin that will either allow users to change the style of their username similar to ForumKorners styles or the ability for me as an Admin to do so. 
I am currently developing a Railway recruitment forum in the UK to help employees/employers find work and staff and I thought such plugin would spruce up the website.
