HelloThis is probably my first actual account guide.. Hopefully it'll help you out; I'll try and make it as detailed and informative as I possibly can. I had this account idea earlier today, so I decided to research it and start my own. This guide is 100% put together by me, most information is from Rune Wikia.
"What is a Low-Level Rapier Pure" you may be asking,
Basically, It's getting a rapier at the lowest possible level, but still being SUPER EFFECTIVE.
Basic stat layout for maximum wreckage :
80
70
1
80
99
25
94
Summoning isn't going to be explained in the guide, you can level it if you want to. Anyway, with these levels you will be 72 Combat, epic right? You'll be able to have a Rapier, Adamant RFD Gloves, and Barrages at 72 Combat..

~esert Treasure (Barrage):~

Waterfall Quest
Death Plateau
Troll Stronghold
Priest In Peril
Temple of Ikov
The Tourist Trap
Druidic Ritual
The Digsite
Minimal Levels:

50 Mining
50 Firemaking
50 Magic
53 Thieving
For the quest guides, go to:
Desert Treasure - The RuneScape Wiki - Skills, quests, guides, items, monsters, and more
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Training to 94 Magic:
1-3 Wind Strike with iron armour on, it doesn't matter what you attack.
3-11 Confuse the Zamorok Monk in varrock palace (I suggest The AntiCurse Bot)
11-19 Weaken the Zamorok Monk in varrock palace (I suggest The AntiCurse Bot)
19-43 Curse the Zamorok Monk in varrock palace (I suggest The AntiCurse Bot)
43-55 I suggest you Superheat iron bars for super fast exp - or you could do steel bars which are more time, but less lost/proffit. Alternatively you could just curse 19-55.
55-94 Alch. I'm not going to tell you items to alch because by the time you're reading this it may be invalid.. so just experiment, or ask other people what they're alching.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Training to 99 Ranged:
1-40 Bot Ranged at various locations.. such as seagulls or chickens. I suggest using a sling so you don't waste money on arrows.
40-99 If you want to maximize your wreckage, I suggest botting at either the range guild, or soulwars. Any Other places can and will give you hp exp which you do NOT need.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
~:Training Attack:~
1-38 Leveled VIA Quests
38-80 Train while you train Dungeoneering.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
~:Training Strength:~
1-70 Train while you train Dungeoneering.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
~:Training Prayer:~
1-11 Priest in Peril Quest
11-25 Any bones you want, bury, altar, ecto-funtus, whatever. Frost Bones for the quickest exp, obviously.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
~:Training Dungeoneering:~
As for training dungeoneering.. You could do it legit, if you have the patience. Or you could bot - I suggest a paid bot. As of now when I'm writing this jagex added a anti-dun bot into runescape where 'secret' rooms will pop up that the bot does not recognize, making the bots fail. So, I suggest doing it legit until the paid dun bots are updated.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
~King Equipment (Without Skulling):~
This is my suggested gear to wear if you don't plan on skulling.
The inventory would be :
Enough runes for atleast 50 barrages
DDS/Dragon Claws/Spec Weapon of some sort
Super Attack Potion
Super Strength Potion
Magic Potion
21 Rocktails/Sharks or 20 Rocktails/Sharks & a telly if you're scurred.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
~king Equipment (Skulling):~
This is my suggested gear to wear if you plan on attacking first (skulling).
The inventory would be :
Enough runes for atleast 50 barrages
DDS/Dragon Claws/Spec Weapon of some sort
1 Super Attack Potion
1 Super Strength Potion
1 Magic Potion
1 Pray Potion
20 Rocktails/Sharks or 19 Rocktails/Sharks & a telly if you're scurred.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
*ALWAYS REMEMBER TO PUT ON PROTECT ITEM DURING ANY TIME IN THE WILDY WITH YOUR RAPIER! - ALSO ONLY BRING A SPEC WEP THAT DOESN'T COST MUCH SO WHEN YOU DIE YOU KEEP YOUR RAPIER OVER IT.*
