So, I'm considering buying some off the Marketplace, but I have no idea what's recommended or what to look for.

It's a lot easier and safer than you think. But then again, there are risks with everything.

Yeah, not trying to come off ignorant, just didn't really hear of this before.
Does it not have to go through the border/customs, etc?

No. I try not order anything that isn't domestic. Just adds undue risk for no reason.

I'd say it's safer if you don't know anyone already who has it. I know several personally so it's cool, we're cool. Plus it's faster if you get it from irl.
