Make sure if you deal with this user you use an official middleman and make sure there aren't any Alts for him to get the acct. back.
 
Make sure the WLID is changeable, that's so he can't take it back
once he sells it.

Well I'm pretty sure that M isty didn't just give his tag to some random person. I've heard M isty talking on Xbox about how he is taking M isty back from people he sold to. I think it's your sec. Acct. on FK.
