It's loaded with $300 worth on xbox microsoft points so you won't have to buy any microsoft points for a while. The highest offer i got this so far was $650.00 but as said considering whats on it.
 
Okay, well considering that the account has $300 worth of microsoft points on it, than that increases the value of it by $100-$150 at least.

I'd say that this account is worth $500-$600+.
