Sadly this is only available to the US and UK. But you can try a Proxy server or a VPN to disguise yourself as someone from the US or UK.

NO MINIMUM PAYOUTS​

Step 1: Sign up at Qmee here.
Step 2: Add their Google Chrome extension here.
Step 3: Click here to search on Google for "qmee" if you want to get a quick $0.10
Step 4: Click on the slightly yellow ad to the far left of your screen.
Step 5: Go here and log in with your Paypal.
Step 6: You now have $0.10 in your Paypal, enjoy!​

To earn more just use eBay and Google to search random stuff and you'll see those kinds of ads on the side.

On Google.com ofcourse, no way you'll need to sign in at PayPal.

They haven't done anything wrong with my Paypal and as you can see above I've had it since March.
 
Going to try this right now, looks legit so far. Even did a company review check and seems to be in a good rating. I'll come back and see what happens.
