Make PMs clickable in "Tracking"

Well, this may not seem to be a big problem to some, but to others, like myself, would love to have this implemented.

The suggestion; PMs in Tracking don't have clickable names, make it so that they are clickable.

For me, this would save lots of time, and it may or may not do so for others.

Basically, in the PM tracking section, you can't click the PMs in there, so you have to find the PM in the "sent" or "inbox" section.

The suggestion, make it so that you don't have to do all that, and PMs are able to be viewed from the tracking section.

It's confusing, I'm not really sure how to word it :S

Tracking only works for upgraded members
