Make Signatures Longer

Currently signatures only allow 500 characters. This includes BB Codes and anything in the BB Codes. 500 characters is fine with me, but if it counts BB Codes, then I can't work with that.

I'd prefer to not count BB Codes and things in them as characters, but you can do that, then at least change the amount of characters to something like 5,000.

You'd never run out with 5000 though. You can always report a signature anyways.
