I have been using this site called Uploadables for about 1 month now.
It's similar to Shitcash but much better !!!
All you really have to do is upload you files and get people and yourself to download you files, very simple and free !
1 Download = $ 0.50
it's not that bad .
As I'm not getting people downloading my files, I do the sign ups by my self and get 50 cents for each download.
If you don't won't to use your own emails to sign up to the crappy websites you should use 10minutemail.com.
You get an email for 10 minutes to activate you email so your download would start.
You could also use adf.ly to shrink your links then post to chat rooms for people to download your files
