First off, If this isnt allowed delete it please but:

I just tried to log onto all 3 of my accounts and the password for all of them are wrong, I got hacked somehow even though i stay clear of RATs and Keyloggers cause i dont download pretty much anything.

My Pure: Purestrdusty
My Main: dfudd Appeal Status: Denied.....
My Other Main: L am Blooded

What can i do, Im attempting to recover my main cause all my money was on it (7.5m) Anyone have any idea's cause i know its impossible to help me but any ideas on what to do?
 
Did you have all the same pw for all accounts :/?

Keyloggers can be executed via Java aswell, Which im sure you are aware of hmmm Maybe a friend gave you something bad :/
 
I had the same password for my pure and main but, I always made it real confusing when i logged in (To be honest i dont know if that even works) Like i would type a random work and put my username in between it say like FpLuOrKeA then do the same for my pass then click login then erase the random letters without retyping. And i wouldnt get drivebyed cause i dont go anywhere. The last thing i downloaded was MTA for Grandtheft auto on another computer user account and thats not infected.
 
Are you a 100% sure that you don't have a RAT/Keylogger on your computer? You might have even been "drive-byed" by a Java application. To my knowledge, all this takes is hitting "Yes" which allows the Java application to run and inject an exploit. Also, did you hear about the news on Super Bot (or whatever it's called)? If you've been using that bot, I encourage you to stop using it until they have fixed their security issues. That particular bot is equipped with a phisher. I'm sure you'll get your accounts back if you recover them, but that isn't the problem.

I havent for atleast 6 or more months and i always make sure there not infected.


I refuse to click yes on any Java application, And i dont bot. Is Epicbot infected by chance?

Let's assume you got infected. GO TO ANOTHER UNINFECTED COMPUTER AND RECOVER IT THERE. You don't want the hacker to finding out your recovery information.

I dont even care about the account, I just wanted my money on my new pure... and i got denied anyways so i give up. Ive never been able to successfully recover an account even with all the right answer's.
 
Make sure you have your computer cleaned of any thing so this doesn'thappen again and keep trying. You can post this in thr account heplp section in the offical runescape forums.
 
He is on my account right now claiming he is the original owner named Colleen... I just asked for my money back and he is telling me he is sorry but it has no money on it..... the names flair150.... damnit....
 
Did you create the account? Or did you buy it?
 
the_lols question is good but i sugesst you down load the newest update possible and search ur computer and it may have been a random guess some low level players like to take high level players and try to guess there password
 
Go to HF HJT team, and get your computer checked out. It never hurts to be safe.
 
my guess is you got java drive-by'd. just recover them from a different computer

That's why I don't like buying accounts or anything in that case. Everyone recovers the accounts.
 
yeh il only buy accounts if theres no recoveries and no email. i set up my own email and recoveries if i do lol
 
They can recover accounts recover the account even if the other person has emails, recoveries and membership on it. I've done it before when I went on holidays and my "friend" "hacked" my account. Oh well, he got me some extra levels as well as some membership so I didn't mind.

I bought one account 13 months ago, The rest were 100% mine, I doubt randomly i would get hacked and one recovered on the same day.
