Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients: • 3 cups mango pulp
• 1 / 2 cup sugar
• 1 cup cream
• 1 / 4 cup mango nectar

How to make mango ice cream

Moving the handle through the blender to make puree. Mix the mango in a bowl with sugar and mango nectar, until sugar dissolves well. Incorporate the cream and mix well.

Freeze for 1 hour, remove from freezer and beat. Refreeze until ready to serve ice cream (out of the freezer for a while before).

Oh, I am a big lover of mangos so this suits me fine. I know many ways of making them and every way I like them. Share a secret with you, I have a couple of mango trees and this was a bumper crop this year. I enjoyed them in every possible way.

I do love mango ice cream but of course nothing beats the chocolate flavor esp the rocky road with nuts.

But I do like mango ice cream and I haven't tried making one..only mango shake :Wink:

it seems so easy to make an ice cream,did you try this one mate? i have time i will try also this one,i like also mango ice cream but im only buying from the store because i dont know how to prepare.thanks for the recipe.
