Here's an edited version of mine.. It looks crappy but I had to take out a lot, because I had it where I would verify accounts and show whether they were secured and what not. I would then approve the thread so it will then become visible to regular members. I'll pretty the thread up later, like coloring the text and and centering etc.

When selling anything in The Market, you must follow these rules!
Use an MM! It's wise to do so, but we will not force you to use one.
If selling a real life product, write the date and your Rune Revolution username on a piece of paper next to the item.
You must provide ownership of the account. This includes:
A picture of the blackmarks/offenses
A picture of the login screen (Filter it out properly, or it will be deleted for your privacy.)
A picture of the stats and wealth. (Not all of the stats must be shown. You must have at least 5 stats showing.)
A picture of your Rune Revolution username in the chat bar.
All of these pictures You must filter out the following (CAREFULLY): RS Username, IP Address on login screen.
You must provide an accurate description of the product which you are selling our buying and have an accurate thread title.
If you do not meet the expectation above (EX: Filtering out the images) it will be locked if the User does not provide Proof of Ownership within 48 hours.
Unsecured
The account does not have enough proof of ownership.
It was hacked/phished/whaled/dumped.
It didn't follow these rules correctly
Secured
The account has necessary proof.
It is owned by the merchant. Nobody else.
The account was not dumped on any forum.
Important!
There are no guarantees of being secured though, it just provides proof of ownership. The account can be recovered at anytime. You take a risk when buying in a Black Market.
Q. What should I do if I think I will get scammed? Should i take screenshots for proof?
A. The best evidence is video. Plain and Simple. I recommend that you record all transactions. If you get scammed and have video evidence, they have no chance.

Note! If proper evidence is shown that you sold a secured account and the buyer gets scammed, then you will be banned from The Market for one week. If you violate that rule again, you will be banned permanently.
Methods, Guides and E-Books
If you are selling a method/ebook or any of that sort, you will need it verified by a Moderator or an Admin in order to continue selling it.
If you don't comply to this rule, your thread will be closed and you will be banned from selling it.
Selling RS GOLD
You must get it Verified. (Discludes Shops)
You must provide a Picture of the Gold.
You must say your RuneRevolution username in the Chat Bar.
If these three rules are not followed, the thread will be Closed.
Buying RS GOLD
Always use a Trusted Middle-Man. You can find free MM's in the MiddleMen&Vouches board.
If Scammed provide Pictures of the Payment from PayPal or Other Payment Methos.
If Scammed Submit a Scam Report on PayPal
