Marketplace Selling a Product

I was wondering if you have to have positive REP to Post a Thread in the marketplace. I would like to sell something, I have a lot of proof that our product is legit.

All i get is the No permissions page??

Yeah, you have to be upgraded to post a thread in there. However if its an Xbox account, post in the Xbox section and sell it.

You do have to be upgraded, they did this because of all the tags getting banned, so ms would have to upgrade in order to look at tags, which they more than likely wont do.
