Marketplace, Services etc.

I don't know if this has been mentioned or not. Couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I've been noticing a HUGE amount of new users posting threads of their products, accounts especially for sale.

Example.
>New User Registers
>1st Post is in the marketplace.

There should be a restriction to stop them from posting anything that involves selling, or maybe buying. For example, for them to be able to post, they have to meet certain requirements. Such as 45 posts and 5 rep. (example)

Yes I know people will say, "Just use a MM". But people have been getting scammed, a lot.

I second this, add a restriction/requirement of 25-50 posts to all Marketplace sections.

Yeah only yesterday a new member got scammed by a new member, disallowing the, to deal till 50 posts is a better idea.

Yeah, that's pretty much where I got the idea from.

I think the reason it hasn't been done is due to the Marketplace Activity. A lot of people register for the market only. It'd be annoying if they were not able to use the Market after registering.
