"Member Support" Section (?)

Well in Rune Revolution we had a "Member Support" section, if a member had a question they would go an ask it there instead of filling Admins/Mods with private messages.
I think it is a good idea, so if someone has the same question that another member also has, 2 (or more) questions would be answered at the same time.

Oh and by the way, I had 4 positive rep and 1 neutral in Rune Revolution, just wondering what happened to it.

You can use this section for that, I'm pretty sure. We're always willing to help as members, and even if us members can't help with your question, staff regularly visit this section too so will be able to help you. :smiley:

Rep, unfortunately, did not get carried over with the merger.

Suggestions and Feedback is kind of support for members.

I was the one who suggested this on RR. This section was in use for questions we had about the forum that did not fit here, but we did not want to bother staff about it. It could be simple questions about the site, an error we might have received, or something else that could have occured.
